PixEye Inc. is an AI consulting company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This page explains what information we handle, on this website and in the work we do for clients, and how to reach us about it.
On this website
- We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own.
- Your browser saves two small settings on your own device: your light or dark display choice, and whether you have already seen the opening animation. Neither is sent to us.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. As with any web request, this shares your IP address with them so the fonts can be delivered.
- Our web host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs.
When you book a call
The "Book a call" buttons open Cal.com, a scheduling service. The details you enter there, such as your name and email, go to Cal.com and to us so we can hold the meeting. We use them only to talk with you about your business. Cal.com's own privacy policy covers its service.
When a business hires us
Clients may give us access to the accounts they run their business on, such as their advertising, analytics, store and email platforms (for example Meta, Google, Shopify and Klaviyo), including through our own app, PixEye API.
- We use that access only to do the work the client asked for, such as reading performance data, building and managing campaigns, and reporting.
- We do not sell this information, and we do not use one client's information for anyone else.
- Where the work needs customer-level information, for example an audience list for an ad campaign, we handle it for that client only, keep it out of our code, and keep it only as long as the work requires or until the client asks us to remove it.
- Access keys are stored securely and used only by the people and tools doing the work.
Your requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including any data our app received from Meta or another platform. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If we hold the information on behalf of a client, we will work with that client to respond.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
